I was all set to re-start in January but got de-railed with a cold. Just didn't have the momentum to get going.
I got Julia's email about this site and figured I'd give it another go. Weightloss is such a mind-game, which is strange since it looks like such a physical thing!
I am down three pounds which is good. It will only become real to me when I lose ten pounds--then I'm off and running. And three down, seven to go. Plus the other thirty or so after that.
I'm not sure which day I'll start with, probably number one of the Lifechanger. I hope everyone else is doing well.
Isn't it funny how we think we need to "re-start"? Why is it that we can't just *stay* started? It's such a struggle sometimes - it just doesn't make sense. I know what I need to do and I know how to do it.
