About Me:
I am a full time working mother of two beautiful girls. I enjoy biking, swimming, and knitting (when I get the time). I have struggled with my weight since getting married. I have a hard time conquering emotional eating and I have lost the ability to believe I can actually do this for myself. I need a lot of motivation. I have a wonderful family and a loving husband.

4 Days down

I have really been on track for the past 4 days. I have been drinking water and cutting out candy. I have really been working on emotional eating and eating due to stress, boredom, etc. I am back to work today so I am anxious to make it through the day. I do much better at home than I do at work. I took off Thurs and Friday just to get back on track and I really needed that break. It gave me a good jumpstart on things.
My goal- just make it through today.

Starting Today

I am starting Day #1 of lifechanger today because the name says it all. I really need to change my life. I can't keep obsessing about weight and dieting. I need to actually do something about it. Make changes and start going in the right direction. Today I will reach my water goal and work on my adjective list. I will also start my daily affirmations and listen to day one on the CD.
