I had lunch with my closest friend today. Wednesday's we like to get tomato soup and half sandwich at a localy bakery. It's nice to catch up and visit.

I'm half through a great book about a woman who used to weigh 350 pounds (maybe a bit more) and I love it. She's so humorous and honest about her own situation.

I got a short walk in on the way to lunch and back and I felt better.

I'm a bit frustrated about a personal relationship in my life. I just don't know where to go or what to say in it… Continue

So here I am, wondering how it is I have gotten up to 291 pounds again. What crazy thing goes on inside me that I can't stick with it. I feel trapped by my brain! *rolling my eyes*

Oh a while ago I purchased all of the material here and started with the best of attempts, received daily e-mails...all of which I still have but I stopped reading them after day 2. I'm not sure why. I mean I could come up with lots of excuses but I don't really know what it is.
