Awaken the Diet Within yesterday. I really like the way it's laid out, with one thing to work on at a time. And that I get to decide how long before I move on to the next behavior change.
I'm doing ok already with water, breakfast and sort of with exercise. So I decided Week One I'd work on getting a good night's sleep. When I do this, I can focus the next day. When I don't sleep well or enough, I can deal with what comes up the next day--the daily necessities. But it's only when…

You can do it!
The team gets clues as to where you're supposed to go next. Once they figure it out, use the locomotion that's listed, they go to the destination and take a photo of themselves there or bring back proof they've been there.
I volunteered last year and it was so much fun. I need to get in shape to do it. Bike riding will never be my strong area, but I think I can get in shape enough for the kayaking and walking/running, and using a scooter. And I need to find a team that isn't too competitive! One in it for the fun more than placing.
It is so much harder to be active when you are carrying extra weight around. An urban adventure race sounds cool- what is it?
